1/2 Day Introduction to Indoor Climbing

Service Description

This half a day session we will give you the necessary safety briefing to enable the safety of you and others around you, from our instructors. Safety equipment will be provided such as harnesses and helmets with instructions on how to fit these correctly. (this may involved instructors getting into personal space to check equipment is fitted correctly). You will be taught how to tie knots and to belay for each other, how to catch a fall, about anchoring and coaching with your technique. Throughout the half day you will be taught climbing techniques and skills as well as some fun challenges. This is a great half a day with the family and helps to provide team work and collaboration. Minimum of 2 people ***Please Note: Payment for entry to the climbing wall is not included. You may be required to register for the climbing wall.***
