A full day to introduce you to indoor climbing looking at a variety of skills and techniques. This day will support you to get started into climbing to allow you to consolidate your skills. Aims - The aim of the day is to get you to learn all the skills so you can go to your local climbing wall and become independent. Course Outcomes - - Fitting Harness - Tying in - Buddy Checks - Introduction to different equipment - How to Belay and lower safely - And lots more ...
